Warranty

If your custom IEM is exhibiting a poor fit, Maytak Audio provides a limited warranty for a period of 30 days from the original shipping date. We will repair, or if necessary, rebuild your earphones. You will need to fill out our Fit Adjustment form and send your earphones back to us. You are responsible for the cost shipping. We will cover the shipping cost when returning your IEMs back to you.

Maytak Audio offers a limited two-year warranty on all custom in-ear monitors against manufacturer defects and workmanship in either the external shell or the internal components for a period of two-years from the original shipping date. Maytak Audio will repair or replace custom in-ears within warranty.

Maytak Audio offers a limited 90-day warranty on all cables against defects and workmanship for a period of 90-days from the date of delivery.

Damage caused by modifications and/or incorrectly performed maintenance/repairs by unauthorized personnel. Loss, damage due to abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, wax buildup, moisture, excessive volume, acts of God or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
