Purchasing your first pair of custom in-ear monitors can be a bit intimidating, but it doesn’t need to be. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll be rocking out in no time!
How to Order
1. Model & Design
Choose your model, create a design that is uniquely yours and place your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
2. Get Your Ear Impressions
Custom in-ear monitors are tailor made specifically to your ears, and as such require ear impressions. Find a local Audiologist and let them know that you need ear impressions made for custom in-ear monitors.
Print out our Ear Impression Guide and take it with you to your appointment.
A few things to note:
- It must be a full impression including the outer ear
- The ear impressions must go past the second bend
- Use a 1” bite block with no movement
- Use a high viscosity silicone impression material
3. Impression photos
Take some photos of your impressions at various angles and email them to us at [email protected]. We’ll take a look and let you know if they’re up to par or need to be re-done.
4. Send Us Your Impressions
Fill out & include the packing slip found at the bottom of our Ear Impression Guide. This step is necessary for us to match your impressions with your order.
For peace of mind, we recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Ship your ear impressions to:

That’s it! We’ll send you a confirmation email when we receive your impressions. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to build your in-ears, so just hype yourself up to pass the time and keep an eye out for that shipping notification.
