Damaged Cable
Damaged IEMs
We offer a limited two-year warranty on all custom in-ear monitors against manufacturer defects and workmanship in either the external shell or the internal components for a period of two-years from the original shipping date.
Physically damaged or broken IEM’s are not covered under warranty and carry a $99 base repair fee. Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of damage. Please reach out to support before sending your IEMs in for service.

If this is your first pair of custom in-ears, please allow your ears to adjust for a period of 1-2 weeks. Inserting your in-ears incorrectly could result in a poor seal, lack of bass response and/or discomfort. Please refer to the owners manual to learn how to properly insert your IEMs.
30 Day Fit Guarantee
If your custom IEM is exhibiting a poor fit, Maytak Audio provides a limited warranty for a period of 30 days from the original shipping date. We will repair, or if necessary, rebuild your earphones. You will need to fill out our Fit Adjustment Form and send your earphones back to us. You are responsible for the cost shipping. We will cover the shipping cost when returning your IEMs back to you.
Pain or discomfort
If you are experiencing pain or discomfort, do not wear your in-ears and contact support.
Poor Seal
A poor seal will exhibit several issues, including a lack of bass response and poor isolation. While listening to your in-ears, try pushing them in further with your fingers. If the bass response improves, then it’s a seal issue and you may need a fit adjustment. Please fill out our Fit Adjustment Form.
