Is the M3 right for me?

What is the turnaround time?
Our current build time is 3-4 weeks, but varies depending on current lab workload. Production begins as soon as your ear impressions are received and processed.
Where are the IEMs made?
All IEMs are designed, hand assembled and tested in upstate South Carolina, USA.
What is the warranty on custom IEMs?
Maytak Audio offers a limited two-year warranty on all custom in-ear monitors against manufacturer defects and workmanship in either the external shell or the internal components for a period of two-years from the original shipping date. Maytak Audio will repair or replace custom in-ears within warranty.
How do I get my ear impressions?
Custom in-ear monitors are tailor made specifically to your ears, and as such require ear impressions. Find a local Audiologist and let them know that you need ear impressions made for custom in-ear monitors.
