The M4 custom in-ear monitor is comprised of four balanced armature drivers, paired together with a 3-way crossover. One driver is dedicated for the high frequencies, one for the mids, and a dual driver for the bass. The key emphasis is in the dual LF (low-frequency) drivers, which are also vented for improved sub-bass and extension, making the M4 a bass powerhouse.

At Maytak Audio, our target sound signature for all of our IEMs can be described as balanced, neutral, and musical. We aim to design in-ear monitors that achieve an accurate sound reproduction and the M4 is no exception. While it is our most bass heavy model with a warmer sound, it is still quite musical and balanced throughout the entire frequency range, making for an enjoyable listening experience.
